I created this program because I needed it, too.
Even after decades of teaching Pilates and helping others feel strong and supported in their bodies, I found myself in a season where my own body felt unfamiliar—tighter, slower, more sensitive to stress. The workouts I used to do no longer felt right. I needed a new way forward—one that honored the changes I was going through, without shame or pressure.
So I went back to the core—literally and figuratively.
And what I discovered was powerful: short, intentional movement paired with simple mindset work created real shifts in how I felt, moved, and showed up.
