Yep, I'm over 40, and yep, I'm so over no pain no gain mentality.

I'm on a mission to make fitness sustainable, enjoyable, and so incredibly welcoming that you wonder how you didn't have it in you life before.

For years, and I mean FOR YEARS, I felt so insecure about my body and my abilities, that I shied away from anything in big groups in fear of being judged.

Then I found Pilates, and I fell in love.  It's about connecting to your body in a way that is so freaking positive, and you get to do it with a community that feels the same way.  Connection, community, and compassion.  That's what we are in the Core Club.  So if you've been looking for a tribe of like-minded peeps who just want to come as they are and move with love, then come join us!
